Medisol CSS provides patient transfer services to ensure that clinical trial participants can access study sites safely, on time, and in full compliance with study protocols.

• Home-based biological sample collection (blood, urine, etc.)
• Support for administration of investigational products
• Vital signs monitoring (blood pressure, heart rate, SpO₂, etc.)
• Sample logistics and cold-chain coordination
• Documentation and reporting of home visit activities
Limitations and Compliance
• No medical diagnosis or treatment planning is provided
• All services are conducted under investigator instruction and ethics committee approval
• Services do not replace clinical decision-making
• Protocol-compliant home nursing visits
